Peanut Butter Granola
This peanut butter granola is a great way to add a healthy crunch to a variety of foods.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups oats old fashioned
Preheat oven to 325°.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Melt over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and stir in oats, 1 cup at a time.
Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning over after 10 minutes.
Let cool on baking sheet and place in a container or jar.
Recipe yield is roughly 4 cups. Store in airtight jar or container to ensure freshness.
If possible, use a natural peanut butter or one without added sugars.
